Your Role
As an Industrial Innovation Manager at Aralab, you will be a trailblazer, creating a new area within our company.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, your primary responsibilities involve optimizing and developing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, precision, and reliability in the production of Aralab climatic chambers.
Analyzing, improving and implementing manufacturing processes
Optimizing the Supply Chain Network between suppliers and multiple Aralab-operated factories across Portugal
Cross-functional collaboration with teams to integrate automation technologies
Analyzing and developing KPIs for each stage of the production process
Creating comprehensive technical documentation for manufacturing processes
Occasional customer visits around the world
Visiting global trade fairs and suppliers to explore and incorporate cutting-edge solutions for our operations
About You
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
3+ years of experience in similar role (consulting included)
Strong analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated capability to drive and implement change with a strong spirit of execution
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Driven to create a new area that will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Aralab's operation
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Prefered but not mandatory experience with Power Bi / Looker and MRP/WMS/ERPs
