Your Role
Develop, monitor, and expand the Distributor network in assigned markets, identifying new opportunities and coverage gaps.
Build strong, ongoing relationships between Aralab and local Distributors, ensuring alignment on value proposition, positioning, and service standards.
Analyze distributor performance (sales, pipeline, conversion, product mix, margin) and propose development plans, training, and corrective actions.
Prospect, qualify, and manage Key Accounts from needs assessment to negotiation and closing.
Track projects and leads throughout the entire sales cycle (pre‑sales, proposals, technical specs, award, and post‑sales).
Deliver technical demos, commercial presentations, and training to partners and customers.
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, enablement materials, and pipeline generation through distributors.
Maintain accurate CRM data (pipeline, forecast, activities) to ensure reliable forecasts.
Liaise with Engineering, Product, and After‑Sales to validate technical proposals, timelines, and delivery.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and relevant regulatory requirements.
About You
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or similar) or equivalent experience with technical/industrial solutions.
5+ years in technical/B2B sales, preferably via distribution channels and/or lab/industrial equipment.
Strong partner management and channel development skills.
Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel (20-25% of the time)
Excellent communication, consultative selling, and project management skills.
