Currently, we are a team of highly motivated and committed 100 members based in Sintra and we are looking for a Procurement Specialist t to join our Procurement team.
Your Role
In this critical role, you will be the bridge between our internal engineering needs and our network of external suppliers. Your primary focus will be to manage the entire subcontracting and procurement lifecycle, ensuring that we receive high-quality components on time, every time, while continuously improving our processes.

Oversee the production of equipment and parts with our partner companies, closely monitoring quality standards and ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines.
Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from identifying technical requirements and sourcing suppliers to negotiation and order placement.
Analyze existing production planning and management workflows, and take the lead in designing and implementing new, more efficient processes.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, quality, and delivery, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers, effectively representing the company's interests in all negotiations.
About You
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is highly preferred. Degrees in Industrial Management or similar engineering fields will also be considered.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role within an industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
Strong technical knowledge of products and processes, particularly in electrical engineering. A background in refrigeration is a significant plus.
Exceptional planning, organization, and priority management skills.
Proven negotiation abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and resilience to work effectively with a diverse range of suppliers.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build consensus internally.
A methodical, process-driven mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure.
