Currently, we are seeking an IT Manager who is passionate about technology and possesses the skills to lead our IT initiatives. This role is crucial for enhancing our IT strategy, ensuring the reliability of our systems, and supporting our growing team and international presence.

Your Role
IT Strategy & Implementation: Design and implement our IT strategy that aligns with company goals, accelerating our digital transformation and IT innovation.
Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, currently consisting of 2 IT technicians, through ongoing one-on-one meetings, constructive feedback, and career development opportunities.
Service & Process Improvement: Propose, design, and implement improvements in business and IT processes. Oversee IT support operations to enhance service availability and user satisfaction. Collaborate with service partners for best practices and incident response.
Security Oversight: Oversee IT security operations, ensuring the protection of infrastructure and data. Collaborate with cybersecurity partners for best practices and incident response.
Hands-on IT Operations: As a dynamic leader, you'll not only create team processes but also directly manage key operational areas. Your hands-on approach ensures that you stay engaged at every technical level, fostering a deep understanding and exemplary leadership within the IT team.
Documentation & Maintenance: Keep the infrastructure and IT operations documentation updated, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
About You
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, with at least 1+ years leading a team.
Expertise in managing Microsoft workplace solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams) and end-user computing environments.
Proven experience in IT operations, service and host monitoring, incident response.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as switching, VLANs, and Wi-Fi.
Experience with tools/platforms like VMware/Proxmox, Linux, Docker, AWS/GCP, Checkmk/Nagios/Zabbix, Wazuh/ELK, Crowdstrike/Defender, Fortinet/Fortigate, PDQ is a plus.
A creative problem solver with a proactive mindset, eager to unlock hardware and software obstacles for team success.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to support and lead an IT team to new heights.
